"SIBU: Police believe they have solved Tuesday’s brutal killings of four family members at RTM Road with the arrest of a 17-year-old neighbour.
The boy, who is said to be mentally unsound, was picked up in town late Thursday night.
He is believed to have entered the victims’ home through the first floor ceiling. There is apparently no partition between the ceilings of all the double-storey terraced units.
After police questioned him, the boy is said to have confessed to committing the crime.
A sledge hammer, believed to be the murder weapon, was recovered from the boy’s house.

Disclaimer: Below is only my shallow opinion of the whole case and shall not be taken as accuse or any sort of disrespect towards the officials involved.
Seriously, am I the only one that think this is bullshit? If the boy has mental problem, do you think he knows how to climb through the first floor ceiling? If he really does, do you think that he never try it before WITHOUT the family's alert of his behavior? Do you think that he had never shown anger/violence towards the family before? Do you think that the family will not take extra precaution for the safety of their house and themselves?
If the police are really "happy" that they have successfully "solved" this case in such a short period of time, then I can only say that I am speechless. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. Do you think a normal, healthy man cannot beat a kid that has mental issue?
I am not convinced. I don't know about you.
I fear for my safety now. People can come and kill me anytime and the fault will be blamed on some random people from Tanjung Rambutan.
I'll buy more locks tomorrow to soothe my mind.

yeah, doesn't make sense more with the gunshot now. but i don't think the kid can be any more informative lah. such a young child, probably trauma right now.
